I have tried many others and this beats them all in my opinion. So far using this software two songs have been recorded and they sound just awesome. Not only that but it also found my interface instantly and with no issues what so ever. The manual that comes with it is straight forward and easy to navigate. Found it especially useful when needing to record bass and guitar at the same time through a small 4 channel mixing desk. This proved invaluable. The loops and beats that come with this is just amazing. LOOK i can go on ..... just buy it if you are serious about home recording---you wont regret it.. I have no idea what I'm doing. Easy to learn interface, provides a veriety of uses. overall a great software for music production.I have moved to this software from the previous one and it's largely better.. when i first got this i didn't know much about what i was doing. but in no time at all i was able to learn this program fast. i upgraded soon after getting it from home to Pro.. Works great with my Roland FA-06, nord lead 2X and Alesis Surge Mesh Kit.. I like this program. It's suitable for creating remixes and for composing your own music. Also it's have a large sounds library and very simple interface.. I would rather stick to Reaper than this.Reaper costs twice the Mixcraft's price and has way more features and built-in plugins that are actually good.What terrifies me the most - some software here on Steam never gets any updates from their developers (that's why you should always keep en eye on the News section to see when was the last time the product received an update).I've been browsing through discussions, developers don't seem to care about anything.Also, scamming.I got Mixcraft when they had different preview video where they said it has built-in guitar amp sims and some more additional content.Now they finally changed the video but the damage is already done, i can't refund.I wish i never bought Mixcraft, the amp sims weren't there when i needed them.Another thing - they are deleting any comments they don't agree wth on their Youtube's video which has only 11 neutral / positive comments and 14k views. This just seems like another red flag to me.. i have used this product for 51 min now and i can say it is a good product very happy. best program to use that is super easy and simple for what it is never had a problem with mixcraft!
